[2021] Will the level 23 above & below divide be removed for chapter 2?

For those that don't know, (I'm sure most of us do) there is currently a lobby division between players above and below level 23. It was a temporary measure to give new players the time to essentially "get good" before theyre thrown in the deep end with us sorc cancelling S-dashing sweats.

But now with the addition of the ranked playlist known as Leagues , would there even be a point of this divide? Maybe 23 would be the level required to get into ranked? I'm assuming rank queue is completely seperate to the casual lobbies, but would high level/skilled players be able to go into casual and stomp when theyre not doing so well in ranked? (Please don't do this if this is the case)

Im wondering alot of things about this ranked mode more than anything else in Chapter 2, as this will be the driving force that retains players, and not just people hopping on after update for 2-3 weeks then ghosting again, maybe forever this time.
