[2021] No Forebear Outift

(Deleted last post because the title was inaccurate)

I played Spellbreak back in the beta around June/July and had bought the $29.99 (iirc) package to get in which gave the forebear outfit. I didn't play again until today.

I had to make a new account to play which I'm reading was the norm, but I did not have the skin put into my collections even though I'm on the same Epic account and do not have an email with a key to redeem except the initial one on June 4th for beta access.

What do I do/was that not an outfit that stayed on the account?

EDIT: Apparently the Support page on the website is broken atm as well.
