According to the data we collected, Breakers have been absorbing the power of the Spellstorm. You probably noticed a surge of power every time you've gone out for a mission. That's you collecting the storm's energy. Like charging a lightning rod.

The odd thing is that the Spellstorm isn't getting any weaker. I'm no scholar, but you'd think if the Breakers are absorbing the storm's power, it would eventually disappear. I suspect Quincy will have a thought or two on that.
