I am more than stoked to see Spellbreak gaining some attention from big name streamers. This is quite likely the greatest and last possible attempt to get the game to blow up. While watching some big name streamers yesterday I saw them constantly getting stream sniped by the same players game after game. If 20k viewers are watching their favorite streamer getting sh*t on over and over and not enjoying the game they will not give it a shot. The streamer will get tired of the game and not get to experience why it’s one of the most unique and best BRs on the market. So many posts on this subreddit are about the community’s fear of the game dying. This is how you kill the game. This is how you drive away new players. I truly believe this could be Spellbreak’s best chance at survival and I want this game to succeed so damn bad. Please respect new players, let people experience why we fell in love with the game. And don’t get me wrong, I understand part of the learning curve to this game involves taking a lot of Ls and dying but stream sniping these big name content creators is not doing the game any favors.
