@SanaKira7889 @DrAze_MaGikkZ *Down the road*, we intend the game to be on as many platforms as possible (and that make sense). This includes the Nintendo Switch.

After much internal deliberation we’ve decided to leave servers offline until Friday (PT). This gives us the time needed to implement fixes to matchmaking and backend stability. Our priority is to get all of you back into a more smooth experience. We appreciate your patience.

@Eyed_TopHat We definitely plan to have matchmaking live. There will likely be an (improved) queue, but we will learn more and let you know more as we get closer.

@Hyphx_ We're frustrated too, but this is the point of the beta. We continue to learn a ton from this and we have a couple days of work before we feel confident about setting everything live again. Thanks for your support.

@RyanRob69640258 We understand it's frustrating, but this is a process that takes most companies many months with a large team. We were previously optimized for a small playerbase and expected 5-10k max in the beta. We thought we had WAY more time before needing to support this kind of demand.

@HPanther21 The only way for us to get true testing of scale is to open it up to numbers. We can simulate stress but you can't get all the tiny things that pop up with real users and have been creating problems for us. This beta has been and continues to be EXTREMELY valuable for us.

@alex75167109 Unfortunately you can't throw money at things that take time to fix. We're hard at work, believe us. As a reminder, this is still a beta!

@Drew36327064 We totally understand it can be frustrating, however this is a process that large teams spend months on pre-release. We thought we had a lot more time before we needed to support this kind of scale. We will get there, however it will take time.

@caydencunningh3 Keeping open only customs would distract from work and would be giving new users an experience that we don’t love. We feel it’s important to get matchmaking back online first. Thanks for your patience ❤️

@muzza10101 If you're willing to be patient with us as we work through everything, we appreciate your help a ton. However, if you find the experience to be (understandably) frustrating, we urge you to wait for full release where the expectation is a much more smooth experience ❤️

(2/5) What this means for tomorrow: Our goal for tomorrow is to stably support 100k concurrent users with casual, ranked, and customs and a more robust queue system. We plan to give updates on expected wait times in our discord throughout the day.
