You can resolve this issue by repairing easy anti-cheat.

To do this please close Splitgate and run the following.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Splitgate Arena Warfare\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe

Select repair and you should be good to go.

If that doesn't resolve the issue please try validating your steam files by going to splitgate properties in steam -> local files -> verify integrity of game files.
