Haven't played in a month, now apparently I'm banned... Is there anything I can do to get more info or potentially fix this? Not sure what I did and never even received a warning

Sorry for the scare! You have not been banned! This is a known bug on the Xbox version of Splitgate. It can usually be fixed by force resetting the console by holding down the power button until it resets.
