[2020] Riot taking all my stuff? :O (All purchases dissappeared)

Now i know Riot (HOPEFULLY) didnt intentionally do this but I wanted to start the Diamond grind today before mid set comes out and i wanna hop into a game just to realize that all my lil legends, Maps, Booms that I unlocked via the Pass or purchased directly are locked. I have scrolled this reddit and none seems to have this problem, if it is related to the new Set coming out, why am I the only one to have that Problem then? Should i write a ticket our wait it out. Its not just a few things btw i sank a lot of money in there
