So, I am a mobile TFT player and I was subjected to the issue with the pass when it came out where I was charged and then received nothing. I put in a ticket and let them know I was going to request a refund through Google play. Well, the refund went through and the ticket was resolved yesterday....but, I go to log in today and found out that I was permanently banned because of the chargeback.

I have put in another ticket, but to say that I am upset is an understatement. I had already repurchased the pass bundle, and now I can't play. Beware other players that did the same. I am posting so that maybe Riot will realize this is an issue and fix it before it happens to other players!

Update: My ban was reversed after about eight hours, which I am told is really quick in Riotland. Hang on guys, there is hope at the end of the tunnel!
