Hello there,

i just bought the set pass on mobile (the pass menu isnt available yet) and got billed for the pass (money is already sent) and then tft showed a purchase error, i didnt get the money back and can buy the pass again.
Have i just lost those 11€ or can i restore the purchase later/get the pass later? Asking since there is no restore purchases Button.

I never requested so many refunds at once. What do I do if they deny the refunds. Will LoL support be able to help? I'm quite anxious, it was the arena bundle so being charged 3 times charged me way more money than I'm comfortable with

We are letting teams know to expect these refund requests so you should be okay, but ping me here if not so I can understand if something went wrong for you all :(
