[2020] Set 2 Season End Date

It seems set 3 will be dropping on or around March 18th. Has there been any news on when set 2 ranked will go down? Will there be a preseason between or downtime between ranked set 2 and set 3? I'd like to climb to masters within 10 days of the end date so I don't have to care about decay.

There won't be any downtime between the ranked seasons. So 10.5 will end and then when we come back up for 10.6 you'll be in a new ranked season. More information about how the reset will work and any other ranked changes will be in the 10.6 patch notes.
