[2023] I really hate the new tooltips being locked on the right side. Is it just me?

Having to move my head to see the breakdown of the champion every time I click on it seems really bad compared to it. Just appearing above the champion that you're touching. I'm visually disabled and this seems like an incredibly bad change to me from the perspective of someone who has to literally tilt their head every time they click on a champion to see the breakdown of its traits and items and such.

Is there any way we can get back to the old style where it was just hovering above the champion?
