Is there a place I can go to in order provide user feedback to Crema? I recently bought the digital version of this game for the Switch... And I've been experiencing both hard and soft crashes at a frequency of about 1/hr.

I've seen thread on forums where peeps state this is a know issue and about par for course. And I'm sure for some this is an okay thing. I've purchased this digitally from the Nintendo store and there are no returns on such games.

I'm not looking for Crema to reimburse me at this point I just want the game I bought to work on the system I bought it for.

This is a major detractor for me, and I would just like my gamd to work. Sure, they are not going to implement a fix just for me, bc I sent them a message on it, but if enough peeps push, certainly they'll do something to fix the game?

If it comes down to only removing active players from the game environment, that'll be a sad day.

Honestly I know this was to be an MMO but it plays more like a single player game with multiplayer added to it.

Like most Pokemon games. Though I will admit the story I've been able to play through this far has been better than a Pokemon game or clone. This only makes the crashes worse to deal with.

Tldr, it's wrecking my experience and I need to Karen for moment.

Hello! We’re continuously working to improve Switch performance. The most recent update runs slightly worse than the one before it, but the next one (next week) will include fixes for this. In the meantime, it helps placing the game on the internal system memory of the device instead of in the SD. Sorry for the inconveniences! We’ll keep working to overcome the issues with the Switch.

What is the release date for next week's patch that you are talking about?

We're not sure, as it depends on how fast the platform holders review it after we send it. We'll be sending the build for review today.
