[2021] How is Experience Calculated?

I tried asking in the official discord, but it got buried in an unrelated math discussion.

Does anyone know how experience is awarded from encounters is calculated? I know its partially based on the level difference between the Temtem and then divided by the number of participants, but is there anything else that factors in to that?

I ask because 0b1 seems to give a lot more experience than similarly leveled Tems.

Example:

Fought a level 45 Gazuma with a lvl 49 Innki, a lvl 70 Piraniant , and a lvl 32 0b1 (that had a coward's cloak).

• The Innki got 343 exp

• The 0b1 got 396 exp.

• The Piraniant got nothing due to being capped.

Same team against a pair of 0b1 (lvl 46 and lvl 44). (I tried to kill just one for testing, but killed both)

• Innki got 2747 exp. (and leveled up)

• 0b1 got 3167 exp. (also leveled up)

Even taking into account it was two Temtem instead of one, that's 4 times as much experience as a similarly leveled Tem.
