[2020] I can't access the expansion

I just bought the Warlords of newyork yesterday and downloaded it opened the game i go to the pilot and it says i dont have the expansion so i restart the ps4, checked the store if i bought the expansion it says that i purchased it, rebuild my database its still not working it directs me to the add ons but i allready bought it.

I dont know if i need to wait for it to sync with my account or something. Help
