[2020] can't change language in game

my game (the division 2) is russian language only and i dont know anything about russian so i need english language but i cant change my language in the game, plz help
i wanna be honest so you could do me a favor
im living in iran, as you know, i could not buy the game with credit cards
so i told one of my friends who had russian credit card to buy the game for me
and this is why my game is russian but honestly, i did not know this will happen, i dont know anything about russian
i know this is ubisoft policy but plz help me i spent money on this game and i really want to play it
but i cant understand russian
