[2020] When Should i go to New York?

1. Should I go when I am level 30?
2. SHould i be World Tier 5 before going to new york?
3. Will I miss anything if i go to New York before defeating the Black Tusk?

Hey!

You will need to be World Tier 5 before you can access New York, also you will not be able to return to Washington until you have completed the main story.
