So I just ran into one of the phone/audio recording collectibles for The Division 2. It came up on my radar and everything, but for whatever reason, theres no prompt for me to pick up the recording. Like, I can see the cell phone laying there on a chair but I cannot interact with it to pick it up. Theres just nothing there, besides the cell phone sitting on the chair.
I doubt anyone has even come across this or maybe someone did but didnt care, but things like this bug the heck out of me!!!
**The bugged collectible is located in the very northeastern corner of the Judiciary Square neighborhood. It is a floor or two up from street level, entering south into the building from Massachusetts Avenue. It is one of those small unmarked safe houses where you can also take on certain hidden side missions. Here are two links to show where I mean:

The icon for the collectible is exactly underneath the orange circle icon indicating the players location. I really hope this is not bugged, and I will never be able to pick it up. That hurts the completionist in me! So if anyone has any info that would be great
