[2023] Special Ammo enemies disrupting shield with 100% HazPro

Hello,

I haven't posted on the forums in a long long time.
Been playing alot recently and having this issue since last maintenance (March 28th).

I play on heroic in open world, I use bulwark shield and ninja bike bag with 100% hazard protection.
When special ammo enemies hit my shield it gets disrupted.

I've tried cycling on and off directives and even equipping a 10% disrupt mod (total would make it 110% disrupt.
