[2022] Perfect Spotter VS Spotter: what is the difference???

The new patch note says,

Perfect Spotter:Amplifies total weapon and skill damage by 15% to pulsed enemies.

When it comes to the normal Spotter,

Anyone can tell the difference?

Possibilities

1. Typo
2. They don't know the figure of damage that normal Spotter amplifies.
3. It is correct and they will nerf the normal one....
