[2020] Download stuck at 99% and 0B/s

I have checked and tried everything i can so far and nothing seems to fix the problem. I uninstalled uplay and restarted the download as well, its downloads smooth till 99% and gets stuck there forever. And the download speed wont go beyond 159 kB/s and then hit 0, then i get the error message.
