This started with me noticing that I wasn't getting as much levels as my Clanmates when we ran a mission. Upon further checking, my Double XP bar was already full, which also stated that I already got my Season 3 Cache reward which is unfortunate. I'm pretty sure I haven't leveled 15 levels from running 1 Lincoln Memorial on Invaded, so I figured there was a problem. I started my play session at around 2095 SHD and ended with 2099 SHD after a few missions just for reference.
To help explain the situation, I think the Double XP event was triggered (and completed) when I initially logged in the game with a lowbie toon (Level 2, as I was checking the vendors for low level items because Appearance Mods). I don't usually claim my League / Global Event rewards and let them go straight to the stash for fear of them dropping on the ground via a full Cache Inventory slot. As seen in the screen caps, the Exotic Caches / Named Item Caches / Season 3: Concealed Agenda Caches in my stash / inventory are all level 30, which I feel were triggered (and claimed) when I entered my lowbie toon. I also seem to recall getting the "Rewards in stash" notification over at the lower left of the screen when I logged in with the alt.
I'm pretty sure you don't get Season 3: Concealed Agenda Caches at level 30 at the very least, so there is obviously something wrong there. I hope this gets fixed in the future, as it might affect other agents who would go through the same series of events.
