[2021] The Division 2 Not Launching/Failing To Load (Xbox)

I’m not even able to play the game. I press A at the title screen and it loads for a second then crashes, I get into the main menu and it loads to 100% then it just sits at 100, and I get freezes before the loading percentage is finished. I’ve tried over 10 times to play this game now and it’s not letting me. Anyone else having this problem?
