[2020] The reviver cooldown is a big mistake...

Please undo this, it's getting too frustrating. After I'm finish with a mission, I can't can't change my build for 15 minutes. And the shooting range haste button doesn't seem to be working. I'm clicking it and it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm stuck waiting it out, this is ridiculous, the cooldown should reset after the mission is done.
