[2021] i cant get my rewards...

ok so i did everything:

contacted ubisoft support
sent email
made a thread in steam
so whats the problem now?
i can get my rewards after the game it says: we're sorry but our servers are taking longer to respond than anticipated. your rewards will be added automatically when the response comes in"
and i never got my rewards i installed the game recently and played it day and night even tho i knew im not gonna get any loot but i did and now i dont know what to do i paid for this game guys please do something
if anyone knows the problem i appreciate the help
