i didn't know it's related to certain camp, or i get wrong, but i do see i can remove the effect from using med kit as it said, however , sometime u can' t do it in the whole mission . whatever, if i am correct, there was a bug on this directive as using one med kit should definitely remove one stack of the fragile armor effect.
