[2020] Since you can't buy year 1 pass anymore, does buying the expansion include the pass benefits?

I bought The Divison 2 at launch. I spent 200 hours in the game but i moved on, however i was interested in the newly added specializations and the 8 assignment missions. I know you can get the new specializations with some grinding but what about the missions?
