[2020] Update straight up broke the enterance to the contaminated zone in Constitution Hall. Can't vault up it anymore.

We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.

I managed to vault the entrance on the very left of the pipes, there is a small section which you can vault. It's a little tricky to navigate for a workaround.
