[2019] Have I missed something about 515 gear availability?

So we can get 515 gear from the DZ, but it come with the risk of getting attacked and losing our gear to other agents, or we can farm it in the LZ from raids and stuff, without the risk of losing it? Right?

So why exactly are some PVE exclusive players moaning? Have I missed something?

This is correct, but I want to remind everyone that things are subject to change given the PTS and everyone's feedback. 515 drops in the Dark Zone are something we're testing on the PTS, and we are discussing different methods of obtaining the loot you're all after.

We ask that everyone test the content, share your thoughts, and we can go from there.
