[2020] Why are the crossbow bolts STILL orange?

During the beta and the first few months of release the crossbow bolts were a nice proper metallic/carbon fiber look, with actual detail and markings. however they have been a textureless orange for the better part of a year now. i have no idea why this bug still has not been fix, i have posted about it in the bug section of the forums after every TU drop but still no fix. Please ubisoft, the bolts are not supposed to be orange, they are clearly bugged, they are completely missing their regular textures. Here is a picture what the bolts are used to look like.
