External link →That's a bit of an odd line to get from the NPC. Did this happen as you first walked onto 61 or closer to when you were leaving?
Kelso says that on every safe zone for some reason starting from floor 10.
“Agent, you’re in some kind of safe zone. You can leave and comeback to Haven to restock. Just so you know, from this point on, there is no more safe zones. From here, it’s straight to the top”. Or some variation of this.
