In the Summit, after getting my skill disrupted by an EMP tower, sometimes the shield stops responding to commands and is kept in perennial cooldown even though the icon states otherwise.
Trying to change the skill for another is impossible.
It is possible to change the shield for a different shield, but it won't work still. Using loadouts to change skills won't work.
Changing floor through an elevator (with the loading of a new set of floors) does not help in solving the issue.
Logging out and back in is the only way to be able to use the skill again.
Every beep you hear in the video is me trying to use the shield.
