I keep getting a bug where a sound will get stuck and play over and over again. It seems to result from dropping a reinforcer chem at my feet, but I'm not sure if that's the only source. It happens every few hours of gameplay.
The only way I've found to get rid of it is either to reboot the game or get a hard loading screen, like a session change. Simply fast traveling does not remove it.
