Clan Commander changed without the commander changing it. To make it worse its to a random that joined our open clan. 2 days with customer service and still not resolved. i would suggest users check to make sure that the same thing didn't happen to you. Our issue happened Oct 15 patch day TU6 came out at 12pm EST.

Hey Larry,
Can you share with me (even in private if you prefer) your clan name and the platform where you're playing?

Thank you!

The clan is NE Ohio Gaming. I was the commander prior to it being changed to a random recruit player.

Perfect, thank you!

Hello everyone,

We can indeed confirm that this is intended behaviour and that this new system empowers a member of the clan to become the leader, in case that the old clan leader has been active for a while. The system checks the activity of other clan members to determine an appropriate replacement for the leader in his time of absence and will assign the role to this member automatically.

We understand that it's not very clear what is taking place, and we hope to improve the UI in the future to explain it better.

No one thought it would have been a good idea to let the community know prior to the implementation of this policy. even mods and customer service didn't know about it.

That's something I can sure forward as feedback, Larry.
I can totally understand your point of view.
