I accidentally unlock some safe houses and talk to the mission npc before the first mission in New York (the City Hall one). And now, three of my investigation disappear on my map. I can't progress any further. What should I do now?

Have you completed the main campaign in New York?
Players are unable to leave New York until this has been completed.
I mean its nice for you to come and try to help but you should really read more than the headline
"Hey i cant progress the main campaign"

Ah sorry i mis-read your message, I thought you were having an issue with seasons.
Hmmm looking at the map it suggests that the mission is chinese supermarket and that you are tracking Vivian.
This could possibly be a bug, I'll try and do some investigations on this side.
