[2020] Friend Referral Hunter outfit reward still not recieved

I completed 3 missions with a referred friend 2 days ago, and have still not received any correspondence about a reward. The friend referral page on the division 2 site has updated, and is showing that I am eligible for the rewards.

Is there any word as to when this will be sent across? I have heard that it can take up to 48 hours, but it is close to passing that and I've still had nothing.

Any update would be appreciated
