Sorry to hear you didn't get the pre-order content! I recommend creating a support ticket here, and uploading an uncropped screenshot of your receipt. The Support Team will be able to check your account and figure out what happened!
do i need a receipt if i purchased it on psn store? the email perhaps?
You may do if they need to confirm the purchase. The email receipt will be fine, as long as it has all the required info like username, date, etc.
