Ok, Ill try to get all information in her as I am old and don't want to answer a ton of questions! HAHAHA!
So, about a year ago, I booted up D2 after not playing for a long time AND because I had a shiny new Xbox Series X. I got rid of my Xbox One X. I was saddened and stunned to find that almost ALL of my exotics were no longer in game. My wall looked so bare! No....I did not trash them.....with the amount of time I have in game (980 hours) I know better than that. Some of them were actually in load outs as well. I was really upset....I mean REALLY upset. Let me repeat......980 hours!! That was a ton of work. I contacted support and they had no clue at the time and said there was nothing they could do.....which I still call BS on. I began grinding again and recovered a couple out of caches and such. Then I gave up. Not enough new content at the time to make me put myself through that grind......and not enough friends playing to get in a raid to get my Eagle Bearer back......never did the other raid so did not have those raid exclusives.
So, fast forward to now....decided to come back and see if the new content was with the return and to see if they fixed the issue and my exotics were back. Well, still no exotics......however, I do have to blueprints available to reconfigure so I obviously had them but of course I need one to reconfigure. So still not happy. I have put some hours in in the hope of getting them back and playing the new content and actually enjoying myself except for two very annoying issues: I really would like my exotics back that I clearly earned. I mean come on, 980 and I have hardly any exotics to show for it? Ridiculous that they vanished in the first place. And once again I dont have enough friends playing to raid to get the raid exclusives again.
Another highly annoying issue.....ALL those little green audio files are back in my game! No, these are not new....every file, everywhere, in every safe house, every mission, all over the open world are back again!! What the heck! Once again.....980 hours.....I really do not want to have to collect all of these again!! And then finally, I won the Warlords of New York......finished it...all missions done.....I can go everywhere there and yet the store keeps saying I dont own it......not as annoying as the other two bugs but still.

Bottom line.....anyone else have these issues? Seems that switching to next gen screwed me up. And no, I dont have an older console to go back and check.

Edited to add new info: have now discovered that all of the orange crates hanging under parachutes have re spawned as well. Even though I collected all the goodies, they seem to be back again.........pretty sure thats an error as well.
Also my map seems to be littered with uncollected SHD caches again......really odd as pretty sure all of those were collected as well. Any insight appreciated!

Hey there @patchkno, thank you for taking the time to get in touch and for breaking down your situation. I completely understand the annoyance caused here and I'm sorry to hear that you're missing some of your old exotics. I've taken a look into it from my side and we're not aware of any issues which should cause these types of problems. The servers will sync with your last-gen character and you should have your stuff transferred over. In this instance, it sounds like you might have been playing on a different Xbox account at the time when you played through on the Xbox One.

If you do not believe that's the case, could you please reach out once more and create another case through the Ubisoft Support website? Here, one of our specialists will be able to take a closer look into why this might have happened. Could you please (if possible) also attach some screenshots to that case displaying some of the previously owned exotics/caches and other collectables which were looted, but now seem to have been reset? Please also attach images displaying that these caches/audio files etc.. have reappeared on your Series X.
