[2021] question: report or support

If anyone can help me, I would like to know here, where I can send a video that I uploaded on youtube where it possibly presents a game failure (bug) or even a player cheating, the following happened: a player was immortal in DZ general shoots him and doesnt die and he manages to kill general there, the player and his friends reported that this is a bug in the game, but I would like the Ubisoft team to analyze the video in order to take a banning action if its a cheater or fix the bug if it's a game error, where I can send the video to Ubisoft, can someone help me, thankful.
