These has happen to me a few times...
With no armor global directives activated....I get promoted to group leader, go to the next floor, and then all the sudden my spare plates (all four) disappear.
After that, during game play, I'm unable (won't let me) to pick up any armor off the ground from enemy AI kills or chests.
