You have crated an unplayable game due to OP NPC Armor, weapon damage, and skill. I feel like a level 30 character fighting level 45 NPCs. This is NOT what I paid for in the Warlords of NY expansion! Get you heads out of your asses and fix the game!

Thanks for reaching out! With the new expansion, your cap level is increased to the lvl 40. Depends on the area, you should encounter enemies closer to your level, but still, a bit higher, to make your experience more challenging. As you're still lvl 30, I suspect that you've already started the expansion. Have you tried to progress through the story a little bit rather than exploring?
