[2020] Regression in TU7 - Resources don't highlight after stocking Control Point

Steps

1. Go to a control point.
2. Stock the control point officer with >=50 of each resource.

Expected

• Ability to see resources through walls etc for 10mins

Result

• Can't see resources through walls. Detection 1 and 2 do not proc and the icon does not appear in the HUD.

This worked flawlessly in prior updates. My agent is fully maxed out with all perks.
