[2020] Foundry Gear Set not working FOR UBI DEVS!

Foundry Gear Set not working u/Ubi-RealDude

What is happening?:

The 4th talent and Icon does not proc.

When does it happen?:

In the middle of a fight, after I was downed.

Workaround?:

Changing my foundry backpack to something else and back. Does not work everytime.

What is the problem when there is a workaround?:

Even after I made the workaround it is working for 2 minutes and then in the middle of a fight you see the icon, but at the next enemy the icon is not appearing and the 4th talent is not procing.
