[2020] Manhunt/Seasons menu bugged or am I missing something?

When I go to the Manhunt menu all I see is Hornet on the left pulling the pin from a grenade - nothing else - just the image. I can only get out of it by holding the Esc key (I'm on PC).

Occasionally a message shows in the upper-left of my screen saying "Seasons rewards available" with Z to Open and Y to Dismiss. When I hold Z, I get the same thing: the image of Hornet and nothing else.

Also, how do I get the progression tracking for the Hollywood event to show on my screen? Or is that related to the issue with the Manhunt/Seasons info not showing?

Or am I just missing something altogether?
