[2021] First Hunter encounter

I first encountered a Hunter when doing the agent Edwards mission, when i got to the room, the lights went out and i see a health bar with the name unkown and i thought i could take this guy and he damn nesr annihilates me by taking out the use my skills so i was totally blind, i barely could even damage him before he shocks me and just watches me and disappears. Safe to say is the hunters are on my list of scariest enemies i've encountered in games cause i knew next to nothing about that thing.
