[2021] (PC) Constant Crashes

Just recently re-downloaded The Division 2 after upgrading my PC parts. I am above the recommended specs, and have been trying multiple methods to fix it for hours now. It is unplayable at this point, and I really am starting to regret buying this game as I can't even experience it. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you're having these crashes! Can you go into more detail regarding how these come about?

-Is there a specific trigger causing these crashes, such as an action or going to a certain area?

-Does it crash to the desktop, or does it freeze?

-Do you encounter any error codes when this happens?
