This looks like a room data issue. There is a possibility that the streaming for objects in that room aren't set up correctly leading them to load in after you have entered through the doors.

I hear you I do :) However I never ran into this issue myself when I've played the mission. I think it could be dependent on which difficulty is chosen or even how the pacing of the mission is played. I'll raise once more with the team. Thanks for raising all.
