I buy Divison 2 for the PC on Uplay store for the first time, last week I got an email invoice from Paypal also Ubisoft invoice Email saying my game is in My Games Library on Uplay but it's not shown on Uplay so I can't download it, I have reset Uplay log out and login Nothing so I open a ticket ASAP but now I have been waiting four days from Ubisoft and all I got is this message below it's looks like I will be waiting one more week or more. What is wrong with Ubisoft?? has any one have this problem in waiting days by open a ticket on the Support page?. They take you money very quickly but take a week to email you.
