I don't know what you did, but when you applied the last patch a few days ago in order to rectify your monumental screw up you caused something else. After that patch no matter where I am in the game, be that in the menu, in a safe house, in the world or in a mission my GPU fans ramp up to levels I've never heard them do before. Before this patch they were pretty much silent, and by silent I mean I never heard them. Now though, they ramp up and sound like a ******g tornado.
Oh, and the game still randomly crashes to desktop so that wasn't fixed either.
