[2020] Character got deleted and all gear transfered to other character

So I haven't touched the game after they had a ban wave.(I did get the week banned for using the damage glitch even though I only did missions solo) After coming back to the game today to see if there was anything new or fun to do I find out that the first character I've made was nowhere to be found. The second character I made was the only one that was there. Yet, somehow all my loadout and gear on my first character was on my second character. I know I did not delete anything which is why this is confusing me. What makes even less sense to me is that my second character was already maxed level even though I remember not hitting lvl 30 on that character. I'm pretty sure that I did not use the lvl 30 character boost on my 2nd character.

I'm fine playing with that character since I didn't really lose anything but I just don't get how my first character got deleted. Other than that, I don't think I'll touch the game still as i feel like loot still suck and there's nothing that seems fun to me.
